"I don’t know, even where to begin! Funny story how I met Richard was actually through his wife Jenn, who owns a fabulous boutique in Franklin called Posh. We were in town visiting as my husband was interviewing with a company based in Franklin, so I guess now you can figure out how I met Richard! That very same weekend we were able to go look at a house that I really love and found online. Although it wasn’t the house for us, over the course of the next five months, I probably dragged Richard all over the state of Tennessee it seemed like. After our first visit with Richard, it was almost like he knew exactly what we were looking for, but allowed us to look at all different types of homes so we could get a feel for what living in Tennessee was all about as we were moving from Texas. After finally settling on our home, he was also very instrumental and helping us find a great mortgage company not to mention handled a lot of the tedious stuff when it came to inspections and getting bids for things that needed repaired. I think what I loved most about working with Richard is his patience and his relaxed approached. Not to mention his experience as his family background is real estate, so he grew up in it! He has worked with high profile clients in the music industry, all the way to folks relocating to Tennessee. If you need someone to help educate you on Tennessee real estate, relocating, where the cool places to go to listen to music, and also great bourbon and tequila, Richard is your guy!"
